 Your site must be designed, created, and maintained by you and only you - the classroom teacher. Classroom sites maintained by spouses, aides, room parents, etc. do not count.
Your site must be up to date, original, creative, and eye appealing.
It must be informative for parents and students, as well as set a good example for other teachers who might be using your site for ideas to build their own. Remember, we are each other's greatest resource!
Your site must be user friendly by being fast loading, easy to read, and easy to navigate.
Your site must provide meaningful educational and informational content, not just links to other sites.
